You may adjust your workplace such to optimize your posture in 3 steps:
- Adjust the height of the chair or desk such that the wrist is just above the fingers and the elbow just above the wrist. Relax your shoulders when you measure this.
- If your feed do not reach the floor, a footrest is required.
- Adjust the height of the monitor such that the top of the screen is at eye-level. If the monitor is too low, you will tend to lean forward and stress your neck.
